The Hanged Man, at its essence, is the acceptance of change.
It also represents self-sacrifice (especially for the pursuit of knowledge), spiritual enlightenment,
suspension between physical and mystical worlds, and 'paradox in action'.
Sacrifices must be made in order to move forward.
No matter how dauting they may seem.
A contemplative, 'huh, would ya look at that', Catch-22-esque feeling; but an important feeling to experience, nonetheless.
